Food Diary
Over a THREE day period you need to make a food diary, all foods consumed need to be listed and kilojoules/calories worked out. You also need to work out your energy output (activity) that you have done throughout the day, including sleep.
Use websites such as http://www.calorieking.com/ which will tell you how many calories are in food and  www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc to work out your energy used (make sure you convert calories to kilojoules). You can also use www.myfitnesspal.com that you can print off and includes nutrients and calories.
